Zumba

Zumba is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training such as squats and lunges. This program is definitely a crowd favorite!
Piloxing

Piloxing is a group exercise class that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. It's a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements. In classes you wear weighted gloves to add extra resistance.
CALM & CORE
Shut the noise and ease yourself into a zen mind with our calm & core workouts which include calming yet challenging poses in our Yoga and Pilates class. You’ll definitely leave the studio feeling light and anew.
Stretch Yoga

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises that involves precise moves and specific breathing techniques. The exercises are a low-impact form of exercise that will boost strength, balance, and mobility. The movements primarily targets your "powerhouse" (abs, lower back, pelvic floor, hips, and glutes). This program is suitable for beginners.
Aroma Yoga

Yoga provides relief and relaxation, while the aroma you will experience creates an ambiance of serenity and stability. We will look at yoga flows and postures that encourage core strength whilst connecting deeply with the ground. There will be balancing, pausing and plenty of breathing. We use the purest of oils, making it the perfect destination for self-care.
*Do note that shoes are required for Zumba while Calm and Core classes are carried out barefoot with no shoes required.
