No prior experience is needed to attend any of our classes. For added convenience, we have placed our programs in different types and intensity levels here. Our instructors are all certified (and super friendly). They will execute all workouts safely and ensure everyone is on track so don’t worry if classes seem intimidating, we’ll do our best to make you feel at home.

We advise to sign up for a trial class to see which class suits you best.

Bring your own water bottle and a hand towel. We provide all equipment at the studio for your convenience. Prayer mats are available for our Muslim members, however, please bring your own prayer garments if you wish to perform prayer in the studio.

At Glowco move, we respect the interests of other members of the community. Our mantra is to make everyone feel welcome, even if it’s your 1st or 10th class. Everyone in the studio is equal and alike. We are all working towards our fitness goals together.

Listen to the instructors and follow their instructions carefully. Do ask for help when in need. We ask that Mobile phones must be on silent mode or turned off when sessions are ongoing, and recognize the limitations of recording other users in the studio without consent.

Our classes are split into 3 focus types - Core, Dance and Cardio. If you wish for a more relaxing, lower-intensity training, classes focusing on Core workouts will suit you best. Classes that focus on Cardio and Dance are geared to challenge and strengthen your body. Click here to read more about the different classes.

Our maximum capacity for each class would be 14 pax.

Kids under the age of 6 are welcome. However, for our yoga classes, we strongly discourage bringing children as it may affect the overall class experience.

An estimate of 55 minutes per class.

Whatever makes you feel good! We suggest sweat-wicking apparel to feel comfortable throughout the class. You can also make a quick purchase at glowco.shop, just before class starts!

Yes! Pick-ups are available. Simply provide your order number to our staff and we will prepare your collection accordingly.
